1. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days. Products must be unused, uninstalled, with protective film intact, no adhesive, no scratches and no damaged flex cable.

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Installed screens, physically damaged items, liquid damaged items or products altered by customers are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed after inspection through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Wrong Items

Where Chutel Technology ships the wrong item, we will replace the product or issue an appropriate refund after verification.
